- The lead time from order confirmation to delivery of the hearts wooden guestbook puzzle will vary on a case-by-case basis, but the average processing time ranges from 14 - 21 days upon confirmation.
- Orders may take an additional 1 - 2 weeks on top of the average processing time during festive seasons.
- Replacement heart-shaped wooden puzzle is $2.50 per piece.
- Option to customise your own title or slogan on the centrepiece, and to choose the colours of the heart pieces (Assorted Colours, or Shades of Red). Please indicate your preference in the "Special Instructions" box on the Shopping Cart page. The font and design will be sent to you for approval before customisation.
- No missing piece replacement for customised centrepiece.
- Slight variation in colour and texture of the individual puzzle pieces may occur due to the nature of the wood and is not considered a defect.
