Replacement of Missing/Defective Plastic Jigsaw Puzzle Piece(s)
Thank you for shopping with us at Perfect Fit.
We understand how you feel if you lose a vital puzzle piece or two to make your jigsaw puzzle perfect, or if you have defective pieces. We love jigsaw puzzles, and will like to see you complete yours too. Hence, we will try our best to help you find that missing piece(s).
However, please note that this service is out of our goodwill, and not your entitlement. Please do not demand that we give you replacement pieces when we do not have them. It is your own responsibility to care for your own puzzle pieces and make sure you do not lose or damage them.
Please keep your original receipt until you have completed your plastic jigsaw puzzle. This service is applicable for most of our plastic jigsaw puzzles (not applicable for cardboard puzzles).
THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT PIECE SERVICE FOR CARDBOARD PUZZLES FROM PERFECT FIT. Please approach the manufacturer directly for issues regarding cardboard puzzles and replacements.

For Japanese brand puzzles, please use the replacement puzzle piece cards/form (which can be found in the box) and follow their instructions regarding the replacement process.
Follow these steps if you require replacement of missing plastic jigsaw puzzle piece(s):
1. Upon the completion of your jigsaw puzzle, take photographs (with good visual quality) of the entire completed jigsaw puzzle as well as a close up of the missing piece section (which shows where the missing piece would fit). Same applies for defective pieces.
2. Take a photograph of your original receipt.
2. Email us the photographs. Please also provide us with the product brand and code (eg. H1234) for us to better advise you.
3. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Come down to our shop to collect your replacement puzzle piece(s) when it is ready! We will contact you when it is ready for collection.
5. Failing to provide any of the items required for the replacement process will render this service void.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Due to the manufacturing process and batch printing, the replacement piece(s) may differ slightly in colour and alignment, and may not be an exact match. This is not a defect.
2. The replacement of the first 3 plastic jigsaw puzzle pieces is free. A replacement cost of $3 per missing piece for subsequent plastic puzzle pieces will be charged.
3. Payment upon self-collection of the replacement plastic puzzle piece(s) at our shop.
4. The replacement of missing piece(s) of jigsaw puzzles is only valid for some plastic jigsaw puzzle products from our manufacturers in Taiwan. Products which are not valid for missing piece(s) replacement include, but are not restricted to – cardboard puzzles and Customised Puzzles. Accessories/Assorted parts, which are not jigsaw puzzle pieces, are not replaceable.
5. It will take about 2.5 months for your replacement piece(s) to be ready.
6. You will be informed once we receive the replacement of missing piece(s) from our manufacturer.
7. However, under certain circumstances, such as discontinued production or manufacturer not having available stock, we are therefore, unable to process your request.
8. Perfect Fit reserves the right to add, cancel and/or alter in any way, all aspects of its policy and process of replacement of missing jigsaw puzzle piece(s) at any time at its discretion.
